I'm having a slight lag issue. The game runs pretty good but it has a slight lag. I thought it might be mods so i removed them and the game still runs exactly the same. I played around with the settings but it dosen't seem to make much of a difference. Here is my game settings. Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated. I have version 1.0.7.0 from steam.

with your rig you should play with much higher settings . is that lag recurrent or is it sometimes only . if it's sometimes , on a vanilla game , i think it's normal

IDK what's the latest with bulldozers and GTAIV, but HD7450 is not that good for heavy gaming.
However, lag is often CPU related and often it can be OS related. What's the current state of your OS installation? If you have loads of stuff running in the background, it may prove beneficial to close as much tasks as possible while you play GTAIV.
