I didn't want to fight you, or trying to think I'm a pro or something
first of all, convert model from game to another game is not a hard job, it's the first step for beginner to start their modding career
in fact, you did a nice job on hacking models together and your idea is not bad.
but... no offense, you rigging skill is horrible, they are very buggy. and VC is an old game using old engine, bringing models from a game that was made in 2008 to a game that was made in 2002 is probably a wrong idea (just imagine how wrong it could be when R* put a Lamborghini in L.A Noire and Cole Phelps wear a black suit with jeans and NY cap?)
and if I not wrong, GTAF isn't allow people to convert model from IV to another GTA, I don't know if they have abort that rule. but bad mod is still a bad mod, even if you like it, many may don't
no one could easily make a perfect mod, but a mod need a good quality to be a good mod. even though most of my mods I have made are converted, but they are well rigging and a lot of hard work was put in there
so next time when you release a mod, make sure it's perfect and you have enough experience to make a quality mod
