Look in TBOGT files ''componetpeds'' (if i recall it) and look for YUSUF. He's a ped so yeah, change Luis into him with Trainer if you want to play as him Also, this is not the place of requests, put somewhere else next time, this section is for mod showcase.

Edit : Oh you mean his ''papa'' (dad) you can use the CS model, but its glitched, just look through the CS characters list.
