A strange bug

Spinnin' Group: Members Joined: Jan 13, 2009	Hello everyone. Recently I installed GTA III version 1.1 But there's a strange bug that is happening to me. Whenever I set both Frame Sync and Frame Limiter to OFF, when I press ESC to go back, there's no text appearing in the game menu. When I press ESC again to continue the game, there's also strange bug happening, cars can only go forward, but not backward. The problem disappears when I set Frame Sync ON & Frame Limiter OFF and vice-versa, but not when I set both of them to OFF. Anyone encountered this problem before?

Rat Group: Members Joined: Mar 11, 2011	Give some more info like OS,RAM,CPU,Video card.Try reinstalling the game.
