SparkIV won't start

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 1, 2012	I got SparkIV 0.6.9, and it says "SparkIV has stopped working" every time I try to start it. (I'm not trying to use the EFLC for GTAIV) I'm using a fresh install of GTAIV 1.0.7, with nothing added, and it's a non-pirated version. What am I doing wrong? EDIT : Solved the problem
