I'm new to modding GTA IV.Used to mod SA before,I'm a little unused to the changing file format.I'm trying to install a weapon pack but I'm wondering what the .wad file are used for?

Windows Animation Directory = WAD.
Basically IV's equivalent of an ifp file.
