Ok so after hours of searching the internet and finding help that isn't helpful I am asking for help that is.
I have a fairly high end PC with steam 1.0.7.0 GTA4
I installed iCEnhancer and some car mods and now have the taxi bug.

I have this taxibugfix.asi with a readme that says:
INSTALLATION:
1. Make sure you now how to and are able to install asi mods.
2. Place taxibugfix.asi in your GTAIV main directory.

I also see MANY posts stating you need to get an asi loader. no links or help for where to get one or which one to get. Also no help on which versions they work for or even what to do with them to get them to work after you download them.
This may seem like a stupidly simple request but how can you be expected to know what you have never been told?

So, long story short.
What "asi loader" works for my copy of gta4?
Where do I get it?
Where do I put it?
How do I get it to work?
