Your best bet would be to request the mods get removed from GTA Garage and then Resubmit them with your new account, and on the Forums, the Mods might be able to transfer 1 or 2 posts, perhaps if it is the Original Post in a topic for a mod or something that you still wish to update. But overall I would not expect anything to happen at all.
Nah, this is not possible. Although, if it mattered that much to you, you shouldn't have switched accounts just to get rid of a simple hyphen from the name.
