Only one thing that would have made the countryside much for interesting: Wildlife. How crazy would it that be to drive in the country and a deer comes out crossing the road? Use the rifle to hunt other animals. That would have been awesome.

mostly im not afraid, havnt found any place spooky, ill go for back o beyond since there are left cars there, just make some spooky sounds in the background

and also some places at mount chilled, bigfoot may eat you (i know itsa mod)

For me it would be Panopticon by night, especially with goffy weather. Then, I guess that abandones town with wooden houses where you dig graves.

Cuontryside is only scared when you have that graphics mod installed with filter on, it makes everything go hellish dark.

I used this a lot to cut the distance between Angel Pine and Ganton. (Weapons, the most needed ones; spawn at Johnson House). This route is pretty much isolated. You can't hear or see the traffic or any humans, no glitter of city. And one abandoned Pick-up near wooden bridge to add some extra.
