Best grove street upgrade mod so far - Guaranteed.

Important
This mod is made by and belong to Mr. Kingpin and do NOT upload/host/modify this modification without permission.

Description:
This mod
- repairs all the houses and walls in grove street and gives it a very nice brand new look.
- this mod removes all the crates, garbage bags and things like these from the hood.
- all the broken cars are gone
- all the houses have a better look. so does walls.
- the fences are now better looking and more organized.
and MORE...

Instructions:
- Replace your LAe2.ipl and LAe2.ide files in Data/maps/LA folder with mine.
- use Imgtool, open GTA3.img and replace all the files with mines.
and you are good to go.

There. I know its oversized but you can still see how it will look like. By the way, I didn't upload anything on ImageShack. These screenshots are the ones that are on the GTAGarage mod page. I just found a way to show them up here.

This looks like the PS2 Version of SA, i have PS2 version of it, and the grove is completely clean it has no cars, no muck, no garbage bags, nothin', just plain cleaned up grove street

The PC and as far as I know, the Xbox version was dirtied up to make Grove Street look even more seedy. They added cardboard boxes and trash bags that are destroyed upon collision and fire hydrants that can be destroyed upon impact releasing water. They also added trees as well in addition to more detailed textures.
