My friends getting gta iv for pc & plans to run it on an 430$ hp pavilion laptop. Now i dont have gta iv for my pc, only for ps3 but i still know from prior knowledge that it probably wont run good at all. I told him just to buy it for ps3 but he wants it for pc to run on this laptop. The link to the laptop is here:

intel hd graphics 3000

No, mate. The game may start on it, but it won't run on levels most people would deem decent. Lets say 10-15 FPS on low, IF it even starts.

Intel HD 3000 is very bad. Tell him 'You silly billy of course that wont run IV even at 20fps with shadows off! this awesome guys of GTAforums told me!'
