GTA 4 slow performace and lag :(

help me to solve this problem guys!!!!!!

I've been running gta iv with tweaks ,patches, cracks and all but still it lags alot any soloutions? need help please guys

Wrong category, mate.

As for the issue at hand, have you tried re-installing? If that doesn't work, delete GTA IV from your system and re-install from scratch.

Do NOT listen to this guys advice... you need to uninstall the game proper to revoke your license or you will run out of activations for future use.

BTW you have a decent laptop there to use as a computer, as a gaming rig it is absolute garbage, sorry to be so harsh, but it is the truth...

sorry but only advice i could give you is to try with lowest settings possible , and if if this don't work , you'll have to buy some better hardware

The processor is by no means good but it would theoretically suffice for GTA IV on the lowest settings. 2GB isn't much but it should be enough, again on lowest settings, but the graphics card is just an onboard one and too weak for the game. You will not be able to run the game with a playable framerate unless you buy a new laptop or better yet, a new desktop PC.
