Save Game Imports and Cleo not installing Help!

Can Someone help me plz :)

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 7, 2012	I am wanting to put cleo onto my san andreas and it won't let me it keeps coming up with error messages and forcing me to quit. It also when I put an importated game save, it will start a new game instead of loading the one I want. Is there a patch I have to download or what?

Shoot Looters, Hang Pirates! Group: Members Joined: Dec 25, 2006	You need to supply some real information. Which Version do you have? If you have V2 (disc) did you downgrade it. (Discussion of how to is not permitted on this forum). If you have v3 (downloaded game) you cann't mod it, as it is programmed to NOT be moddable.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 7, 2012	I downgraded it but the directory is missing, the save files still work but there is no GTA San Andreas User Files folder. Has it changed location?
