You, John Phealer, a retired mid. - rank police and a plumber was been contacted by the SAPD for your special assignment to stop numerous amount of actived criminals all over the state of San Andreas from falling the nation into the wrong hands. Your choice, fall or rise.

Follow this small mission pack and exciting story with John Phealer consists of 3 chapters. This is also one of the first mission i've created.

Character	Description
Main Characters
John Phealer Age: 37 Appearance: Old Days	The main protaganist and a playable character who is now being retired from the SAPD after achieving mid. - rank in polices.
Jim Loose Age: 39 Appearance: Old Days	Was an old friend to John since childhood and in the early days in the SAPD.
	Bryan Cameroon Age: 39 Appearance: Still got Hope A sniperer, leads a special division, and medical supporter of the SAPD.
Enemies
	Johnny Griffs Age: 56 Appearance: Betrayed! A biker most - wanted criminals in SA who doesn't care about anything but to take over San Andreas.
	Antonio Griffs Age: 49 Appearance: Ending the Deal Elder brother to Johnny who is addicted to drugs, alcoholic drinks and sells cokes.
Minor Characters
	President Armstrong Age: 71 Appearance: Ministry Defender The president of SA, who was nearly been assasinated by the Ballas.

Group	Description
SAPD San Andreas Police Department	Serve, Protect. SAPD provides : Medical Supports, Rescues, Assasinations, and Investigations.
The Ballas	The most nutorious gangs around LS which they are involved in drug dealing, vandalism, degeneracy, and mainly, cocaine trade. This gang is really dangerous, mindless, and uncontrollable.
Varios Los Aztecas	A latin street gang in Little Mexico, LS. distinctly recognised by their turquoise outfits. They have a major rivalry with The Ballas and heavily involved in gun running and street violence.
