PimpmycarA1_text.fxt to display text in menue:
Most mistakes of beginners are done by wrong installation of Cleo-GXT-plugin
The GxtHook.cleo of Cleo Library must be placed in Cleo folder
GTASA\CLEO:GxtHook.cleo
the *.fxt files must be placed in Cleo_Text folder
GTASA\CLEO\Cleo_Text:PimpmycarA1_text.fxt
The *.fxt files are not read if add them while game is on
Switch off the game and then add the fxt file and then start GTASA
TROUBLESHOOTING:

Install Neon objects , 4 different variations
Use allways only one NeonA.cs of the 4 different Neon Install variations
3.A.) Install Neon objects in gta3.img
3.B.) Install Neon objects with extern neon.img
To install Neon in gta3.img use files and neonA.cs of folder NEONtogta3img
To install Neon with neon.img use files and neonA.cs of folder NEONandneonimg
Option_HaloEffect have nothing to do with neon-objects
Its a other kind of modding to apply neon effect
It requires the modified effects.fxp and effectsPC.txd
To attach HaloEffect needs a other neonA.cs wich provide in menue to choose Neon-Objects AND HaloEffect
Choose the neonA.cs from that folder which have the association to that Neon-Objects which you have installed
3.A.B.) Install Neon objects in gta3.img with Option_HaloEffect
neonA.cs of PimpCarA_FULL\NEONtogta3img\Option_HaloEffectgta3img
or
3.B.B.) Install Neon objects with extern neon.img and Option_HaloEffect
neonA.cs of PimpCarA_FULL\NEONandneonimg\Option_HaloEffectneonimg
I recommend to install in this way
Try first to install the cleo scripts without the neon stuff
dont use the gat.dat of the pimpmod
-PimpmyCarFULL1A1.cs into GTASA\CLEO - folder
-PimpmyCarFULL2A1.cs into GTASA\CLEO - folder
-TuningA.cm into GTASA\CLEO - folder
-copy PimpmycarA1_text.fxt into GTASA\CLEO\CLEO_TEXT - folder
test it but dont choose Neon in menueThe sensible aspect are the neon objects
- one reason can be a wrong installation of neon.img
neon.img, neon.ide and neonA.cs must add
gta.dat must change
- other reason can be that your game wont work with additional objects
A solution should be to change original unused SA objects for Neon
So dont use the gat.dat of the pimpmod !
only change original SA objects with them of folder
NEONtogta3img:
arrow.dff
tar_civ2.dff
tar_gun1.dff
tar_gun2.dff
twoplayer.dff
-and add following object files of folder: NEONtogta3img to gta3.img
tehneon.txd
tehneon.col
-copy the NeonA.cs of the folder NEONtogta3img into GTASA\CLEO - folder
Summary2 kinds for adding neon:
one kind are 3d objects;
the other kind are 2d particle effects (needs to install the included effects.fxp) I called it U-ground Halo;
2 different ways to install neon 3d objects
either replace original objects in gta3.img;
or use the neon.img and add an entry in gta.dat to load it
4 different neon.cs for 4 different constallations of neons
1. neon.cs to add only 3d objects which are installed in gta3.img
2. neon.cs to add only 3d objects which are installed in neon.img
3. neon.cs to add a mix of U-ground Halo and 3d objects which are installed in gta3.img
4. neon.cs to add a mix of U-ground Halo and 3d objects which are installed in neon.img
Its your option to choose only one constallation and use only one of the neon.cs

If you wonna add the pimpmycar-effects into an other effects.fxp here is the instruction:
Open effects.fxp with notepad.exe (TextEditor)
(dont make any mistake!)
Only one empty line beween each fxs-part is allowed.
A fxs-part beginns with the FILENAME-path.
This means with this entries:
FX_SYSTEM_DATA:
109
FILENAME: X:\SA\FxTools\Data\effects\gta_pc\systems/code/camflash.fxs
NAME: camflashThan add the fxs-parts of Pimpmycarmod-effects.fxp in your effects.fxp which should used.
In addition must the used
effectsPC.txd include the neon.tga of the pimpmod.
Well, there are 13 pimped fxs-parts:
each for:
blinkblue
blinkred
blinkyellow
neonblues
neonblueu
neonreds
neonredu
neonyelws
neonyelwu
neonpurps
neonpurpu
neonpinks
neonpinku
They are placed between camflash.fxs and exhale.fxs
I copied the modified parts and uploaded them as *.txt .
NeonFXP.txtInsert it into the other effects.fxp. I recommand to paste it between 2 existing parts.
And make shure to have only one empty line beween each fxs-parts.

autom. Install file for Pimp My Car Full (Alpha):DOWNLOADIt requires to install first the Installer. Get it here:
Download GAMI installerThe Download of PimpmyCar Full (Alpha 1) Rev.1 contains the files also for manual installation,
but you need only to run the install.gamp for autom. installation.
The tool opens then a window and looks like in the pic below

You must click on OPTION in the left columne and then remove the hooks of 3 options to install the neon feature in your desired way
4 different options and 4 different neon.cs for 4 different constallations of neons
mark only one option to choose only one constallation of neons
1. neon.cs to add only 3d objects which are installed in gta3.img
2. neon.cs to add a mix of U-ground Halo and 3d objects which are installed in gta3.img
3. neon.cs to add only 3d objects which are installed in neon.img
4. neon.cs to add a mix of U-ground Halo and 3d objects which are installed in neon.img
Note:
If you choose option 3 or 4 you must consider that the installer adds a line in your gta.dat to load an additional IMG
and adds additional objects.
This is important to know if you have mapmods installed.
If you choose 2 or 4, your effects.fxp and effectsPC.txd will be changed
Don't forget to make backups of your
data\gta.dat
models\effects.fxp
models\effectsPC.txd
