Ok I uninstalled my GTA IV and untill I can upgrade my system, I wont be installing it again.

Anyway, I've gone back to GTA SA for now and I like modding it, I'm trying to re-texture a M4 mod I have.

Anyway what I need someone to do is to take this m4.wtd file(link below) and export the M4 weapon map contained inside it. (to PNG please)

if someone could please do this, thanks i'd be super grateful

You don't need to convert anything, everything in the .wtd file is already a .png image.

No, I can't actually open up the .wtd file.

You need OpenIV, but to use OpenIV, you need a GTA IV installation or it will not let you open the program.

You don't need to have IV installed. You just need to put the .wtd into an IV archive file to export them. Besides that you can also use programs which are able to open a .wtd directly.
