What has been the hardest GTA mission from any GTA game in your opinion. For me it was flying school in San Andreas. Also Zero's missions in GTA San where pretty difficult.

Zero's missions and the last mission in Vice. I could only beat it if I got the health icon from the roof halfway through the mission.

I'd have to say the final mission of the Protection racket sequence in VC (Where you had to plant the bomb in mall then drive back to the mansion with a 6 star rating). Must have tried it 20-odd times!

It's kind of telling that none of the missions mentioned so far have come from GTAIV, I hope they ramp the difficulty up in V GTAIV was a cakewalk.

Supply Lines in San Andreas. Took me forever to figure out how to fly that stupid little plane around quick enough to complete the mission before it ran out of fuel.

Yup. Never beat that mission. If only I had known about cheat codes back then.
