Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 28, 2012	would someone please help me i have the newest patch 1.0.7.0 it works great i get razor to pop up and everything but then when gta IV is about to start up i get this message! GTA IV FATAL ERROR: XNetStartup failed - Please re-boot your system and/or re-install the game. please help!
