I don't think I've ever noticed a postman in the game. Is there a specific location that they spawn at?

The Bee's Knees Group: Members Joined: Jul 7, 2003	I saw the postman for the first time ever the other week. I saw him crouch to empty the postbox and then run away. I think it was Broker area? Beechwood city perhaps? I was amazed to say the least!
