[Bad Girls]

Hey, I got GTA Vice City yesterday for the PC yesterday, up until now it's been fine, however I'm on the mission Dildo Dodo and when I'm flying the plane the game freezes whilst I can still hear the radio/engine..

I think this may be because I activated a couple of cheats and saved the game, but I'm not too sure. I don't think it's my computer, it's fairly new (2010, Windows 7 - not sure of exact specs) and ran the game well until now.

Anybody got any trouble shooting advice?

go into the requests topic and request a GTA VC save after that. Im sure the GTA VC chain game community can help.

Uhhh. I managed to pass the mission and get ahead in the game and it was fine again, now it's just happening again randomly or doesn't load up missions.

It just freezes (except for audio) I press ESC, a pop-up comes up telling me it has to close and I looked at the program details and it says "APPCRASH" at the top. I haven't activated any cheats again..

I really dunno what's up with it. My system requirements are fine and it is a retail CD-ROM version that I bought off Amazon, not a dodgy download or anything. No mods or any crap like that.

Sometimes these kinds of things happen on Vista and Windows 7, as the game was created before these OS's came out..The best thing to do is run the game in 98 compatibilty mode-this is what I had to do on Windows 7 to fix the mouse freeze issue...

I doubt an OS would cause crashes for this game. I have Vista for years and never had problems running the game. If my game does crash, I was always able to find the cause of that crash.
