I know in a Party Match, you could hit something and be ejected from the car one time. Trying it again after that, I never could do it again and had to reset the match if I wanted to. In Free Roam, after 4 years of playing I finally flew out of the windshield for the first time. I had never known that you could in Free Roam. So what's up with this? Is it caused by a glitch or do you have to hit something just right? It doesn't really make much sense to me.

Yes what causes this to happen only sometimes? I once pondered that it may be to do with how quickly you start driving after you get in car. I.e. If you immediately start accelerating, then you haven’t given your character time to ‘put on his seatbelt’, that in turn can cause what would happen to us in real life if we crash?

You simply have hit something with a high-speed force.

Solid objects, cars or walls.


You eject easier in different cars.


There is no seatbelt.

I've been playing the game since day one and it's only happened to me three or four times. So it's always a "WTF" moment.

usually happens to me when i'm trying to evade 6 stars...and i end up getting run over by a bunch of cop cars

Face to face collision with a speeding car, sometimes with a wall will cause you this to happen

I think it only happens in Multiplayer in Car Jack City.

I'm not sure how many different MP modes it happens in, but it certainly does happen in FM. It's just a very rare occurrence.

I've experienced it in Party Mode and only once in Free Mode(using the swingset glitch)
