I had a lot of fun with GTA:SA making a master save file (doing as a much as possible before the first mission), which also cool for getting 100% a couple more times with ease. For the most part, I used a guide on Gamefaqs, I just wondering what other people's experiences were with doing the same thing on GTA IV. So far I've been pondering just how to get the all the pigeons, given that they actually take a few seconds of peace to actually shoot each one, and a few more when they need to be sniped.

Just curious how other people have done it, or if there are any tips/guides.

Yeah, I've done that for IV too.
Most of the pigeons can be exterminated from safe positions (like rooftops), using a sniper rifle or grenades.
There's a couple of tricky ones on Algonquin though.
