need help with mods

am not gettin anywhere...HElP???

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 29, 2012	guys out there.....need of dire help..tried gettin a few vehicle mods, used sparkiv got the files onto the img files in the game...unable to acces the handling though, tried using notepad but its openin with hell lotta gibberish only...was easier in gta:sa...please help me!!! myt add that the vehicles are the same in the game modding the vehicle.img didnt help at all.....
