Help! Peds/vehicles dissapear after iCEnhancer 2.1

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 13, 2012	After I downloaded iCEnhancer 2.1, when I load the game Niko is gone, the radar is blank, and all peds and vehicles have disappeared. What do I do to fix it?
