Yea but in the beta, it was originally where salvatores house is in the final. Also in the start of the game, they were talking about that particular pen. So most likely they recorded the audio for that mission while the pen was still on portland island.

I clearly said, in the beta it is where sals house is. The prison was there. Look at the beta map.

Proof first. Beta map is old, well-known and boring and hasn't even simple legend on it. I would tell it isn't prison. So pls don't make up things like that. Maybe it was planned but nothing much as it.
But I know that there was a ferry station, and probably will be invented in GTAV.
