How to make havana outfit work?

replacing .col file not working

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jan 21, 2012	I downloaded the havana outfit fix. Replaced the littleha.col in the img and the game goes off when i load my saved game. DO i have to start a new game to make it ork, or there are other ways?

VC:MP betatester Group: Members Joined: May 15, 2008	No, you don't need to start a new game, it works with old save games. Just new scm files requires a new game start. Doesn't work? Read the readme file one more time, I used this mod years ago and worked, so you have done something wrong.
