BTW, how works the colours in the district name when entering a gang turf? Sometimes they're coloured and sometimes not.

in my experience it happens when it is contested, like if you got killed during a takeover (like the 3rd or 2nd wave) or if you failed to repsond to the ballas or vagos attacking your turf, then the name will be coloured.

Not all of the map is under the control of a gang. Neutral areas remain uncoloured.
It's been said that the deepness of the colour indicates how much resistance will be given when CJ tries to take an area.
If CJ fails to respond to a counterattack, he loses influence and the area may go Grey.
I have noticed that frequently if CJ is 'wasted' during the third wave the Game will give the zone to CJ anyway. And, sometimes he has to hurray back to continue the fight. On a rare two occasions the foe gangs were waiting, at the hospital, for CJ when the hospital released him.

[COLOR=green] >>> yeah dude... so be sure to protect your territories from your enemy gang member.. so dont be late to attack their army while they attact your turf.. if you late your turf color will become light green thats mean your area have been entered by your enemy.. and you must attack it again to capture your turf to be 100% yours..
