How to make things work from start?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Mar 8, 2012	So I had been trying to get my GTA 4 running again, but with some of the mods to make it look good. But all the time i get some error, or some crash, or RGSC goes mad, or the effect isnt nice at all.
