Recently the official Vice City Multiplayer website has been out of date and is providing links to an older version of the mod (0.3z R1) which servers at the moment are NOT currently using. This means that you won't be able to connect to these servers with the old version. So here's a link to the latest version 0.3z R2 which all servers are using.
This also provides a custom server browser created by VRocker. This fixes errors that occur when a user closes the server browser on Windows 7 / Vista.
The server list also works on this client unlike the official vc-mp one. 
I also created a small FAQ file to help with some common problems people experience when trying to install the mod. It is included in the download. Enjoy!
