This is the thread for my WIP vehicle pack that I started in August 2009, after seeing all the other packs containing only super cars.
Grand Theft Auto Ultimate Vehicle Pack will feature realism, quality, and variety. It will also feature unique handling made by "Killatomate85", maker of "Realistic Driving & Flying", made after request for this pack. The vehicle list follows below. Notice not all vehicles has 100% correct resemblance, for example the Landstalker, Cognoscenti. The way I see it, real world doesn't follow a pattern, so it's ok to replace the vehicles with other vehicles not 100% resembling, as long as it's realistic and the vehicles has the same features (but many vehicles resembles the original vehicles. I've been searching for months on gta wiki to find out which one resembles which one.
This pack will be optimized for high end pc's, that means it will only contain high quality vehicles.

Chevrolet Monte Carlo > Sabre New Newyork City Bus (current one bounces alot) > Bus Chevrolet Corvette C5/older gen corvette > Coquette New Cadillac Escalade 2005 > Cavalcade Cadillac Escalade EXT > Cavalcade FXT Pontiac Bonneville > DF8 bobcat > Chevrolet C/K also Chevrolet Silverado 1985 would also be great 1967 Cadillac Eldorado > Manana (model found but vip)
Problems/Issues:
vehicles converted from other games are not allowed on gtaforums so the version released here will not contain those vehicles however the version im releasing outside will i will not link to it but it's pretty easy to find
Mission Issues
after the cut scene for the mission hung out dry the game will crash this does not happen on all pc's so i am still unsure whats wrong thats why i need beta testers sound MAY be the cause of this but since it won't happen on all computers im still not sure so any beta testers are greatly apreeciated the other missions like the LJ side mission do not crash it is only the mission hung out dry that crashes 2 seconds after the cut scene ended another cause might be the van as the pony used in that mission is modded when i actually managed to go thru it i saw the guy i was chasing driving the original pony even thou it is modded

why not replace the landstalker with a landcruiser(newer landcruiser not the older gen landcruiser)? I find it a better match.
thing is im not very fond of the landcruiser i really want a ford expedition
also i really love the chevrolet sub try to drive it with the handling it comes with it's just wounderful
I tried the suburban(i forgot what i car it replaced, i think it was the rancher?), ya it was a great car.
yea it is a great car and i think it fits on the landstalker there both van type of vehicles so i say why not
it is great to drive and the quality is amazing just a great car
lol, just so u know the landstalker is a manual tranny type of car..... .
really? i see them both as big van cars
like i mentiond before real life dosn't follow a pathern it dosn't have to be 100% correct as long as it's realistic and i think the sub is realistic for the landstalker

should i go with the landcruiser? i can always make a version for myself with the sub

Why not do this, 2 in 1, the ones that u reccomend, put in one folder and then for realism, put it in another folder, because there are other cars that should be replaced with something else (e.g cognoscenti -> maybach 57s, whereas u used the rolls-royce). Like i said maybe release to variants? but its all ur choice

yes i know i have been experiementing with the adding cars procedure i got a beta of that
it will contain the lambo reventon and all sorts of suprt cars but i don't want them to spawn over and over again i want them to be extremely rare
