Your laptop is most likely overheating, make sure your laptop is on a flat surface.
If it keeps lagging, you should buy a laptop cooler.

Download HW Monitor and play IV for a while, until it laggs again.
After that, take a screenshot of HW Monitor and show it here wink.gif

Well, Kazi, those temperatures are actually quite good.
How long have you been playing?

You should try commandline (mainly the memrestrict one) and see if it helps icon14.gif

man i was playing for 30 mins. your suggestion for colling pad help me a lot. actually i was playing in my bed so the surface is not flat thats the problem. but there is a problem that audio in game lagg means sound freeze for a small time

Edit: using cooling pad i maximized the setting and not even a lagg after playing of 3 hours. is my average fps 28 is good on max setting???

Better then my Acer 4710, which is older 479socket, with MXM card options, I believe GTA IV will run on mine, but like my desktop GT nVidia, I'll have to run everything at the lowest setting, you should ramp these up one notch at a time, till it runs too slow for your personal taste.
The i5 appears dual core on that? Should still have HyperThreading aid the applications

I meant that it could be worse - a laptop starts throtling (spelling?) itself at +95C wink.gif
It's still very hot though turn.gif
