I remember taking all the gang turfs on ps2 and after that all rival gangs just vanished no more attacks or hanging around streets, is that standard to all versions because I'm hoping to do that again on pc. Also I remember there was some turf outside of Los Santos I think it was either San fierro or Bayside where on ps2 I took some turf from ballas does anyone know where that is and can you that on the pc

If you use the chain game saves for individual play for pc you can take over several turfs in SF and LV, even before they are unlocked. Just click the blue sentence in my Sig . If you need help finding the save tell me and I'll find it for you, if you're interested of course

On the PC to make it not as hard as on the PS2 the programmers removed the Bayside War Zone in the final (return to Los Santos) gang wars.

This zone is actually nothing else than product of territory glitch which was activated during mission Saint Mark's Bistro which requires you to fly far away from mainland. In PC version gained territories with this method are in less number, AFAIK only 7 territories can be glitched on PC with this method. But still even if you have ps2 I wouldn't recommed you to glitch those zones, more zones means that you have to take over more for End of the Line, plus these glitch zones are sometimes very difficult to take over due lack of gang members in that area.

It was too confusing (hard to find) and so for whatever reason and was removed from the game in the PC version. As were a few other missions made easier for the K&M crowd.

This is very odd indeed, I've been playing this game for so long and never had this happen to me. I even played on the Ps2. Ofcourse it doesn't make sense the Vagos are situated in LS, at the bottom right of the Map. Bayside is completely at the opposite end diagonnally.

I must admit it makes no sense, why put a turf in an area where there isn't a safehouse for miles prehaps such a beautiful area was designed to be more involved in the game hense bringing in a turf maybe a safehouse was going to be added but never came about after all they did put in a boating school and a helipad and dock.

Only real explanation is that it's product of territory glitch. I read it somewhere and it seems like it's true, as you said it doesn't make sense adding territory far away from Los Santos.

Since only seems to be in the PS2 edition, I believe it's a joke by Rockstar.
It is always in the same play, always with the same gang.
That it is a glitch I believe is a Myth.
