Go there between 20:00 and 06:00 to do the burglary missions.

Burglary boxville in Los Santos.
Burglary Boxville in San Fierro.
Burglary Boxville in Las Venturas.
And you can get the boxville before 20:00, you just can't start the mission yet.
And please use search in the future this is in many, many topics.

The one in San Fierro is actually the best hidden. Even with this site's java map help it took me like ten minutes to find it in that area.
