I found his HUD icon ages ago and was wondering what the 'mc' stood for. Its Mc strap he was in the game but got removed. Do you think there would be a way of adding his missions back in like the hot coffee mod?

If teh mission details and everything are still in the game, then someone will figure a way of doing it I think. But if he was removed I'm sure they removed all the mission data as well. Probably jsut overlooked the hud icon.

Thats his radar picture. He probably had something to do with the whole Mad Dogg/OG Loc feud. Maybe
If some1 is able to extract the audio then we may find the cutscenes audio from his missions. I remember I heard different missions from Vice City in the audio folder for the Film Studio where Tommy had to get chased by loads of cops for a film shot.

Yeah, I remember hearing stuff about this but all there is, is a HUD Icon.

@Kanney: That mission is still in the game, where you have to take a picture of the Congressman Shrub of him Crossdressing then the FBI chases after you

You had to run from cops while being filmed.
