This is one of the easiets questions to answer. Tenpenny was my favorite antagonist of all times. Everything about him was perfect. His voice, his lines, his personality, his ending, etc. I 'll never forget his line: "Hello, Carl...". Ahh, he was my first love..

Sonny was just someone that set Tommy up and attempted to kill him several times out of jealously. Not to mention that Tommy always helped him and his Mafia and see what Sonny did. What a fool.

As for the others, they don't even worth my opinion.

Tempenny is my favorite, the classic corrupt police officer that gives us suicide tasks and only cares about himself and also thinks he is changing the world for better.

Dmitri had me liking him at one point, he seemed quiet, reasonable and pretty fair. Bulgarin looked like the real villain, but then everything changes. Probably the most enjoyable mission in the game is when your on the platypus where the game started and you fight your way through the whole ship to finally kill him.
Unfortunately as much I really enjoyed Tenpenny, you don't get the kill him yourself.

Tenpenny was my favourite GTA antagonist. Sonny Forelli would have been a great antagonist as well if he had appeared more frequently in the game.

Dimitri for me. While Sonny and Tenpenny are good they were fairly predictacble IMO. What makes Dimitri brilliant is the way he manipulates Niko. It would be close between Tenpenny and Rascalov, but im gonna go with Tenpenny because he was a great character, and he portrayed a corrupt cop perfectly, he was your ultimate antagonist, an absoloute pain in the arse from start to finish.

I think R* haven't big problem creating the character Tenpenny, they just take the antagonist from the film "Training Day".

My vote goes to Tenpenny, he doesn't pretend to be your friend, he basically tells you from the start that you're enemies. Besides, him, Lance Vance and Catalina are the only antagonists I like.

Dmitri is just a pussy. As soon as he told Niko to kill Faustin, I knew he had to be the antagonist
