Have you tried removing the gta_sa.set file from C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files? There it should be if you're on Windows XP.

When posting a problem, please, include the following information about your computer:
  • Operating system (if you have Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 and which Service Pack is installed)
  • Processor?
  • Video Graphics card type?
  • How much graphics memory, and is it dedicated or shared?
  • RAM?
This information may also help to identify your problem.

Are you playing the game in Windows Vista / Windows 7 using Windows 98 (or Windows XP) compatibility mode, with Administrative Privileges?

And... before people here begin investing a lot of time trying to fix a possible NO-FIX situation:
What Version (retail, steam, other online store) Edition 1, 2, 3?)
Details of How you are playing:
1. With the Original DVD in the Drive?
2. Or are you Using a No-CD crack? (There is No fix to be found on this Forum.)
3. Or are you Using a 'backup' disc? (Fix is to use the Original DVD.)
4. Or do you have a downloaded game from Direct2Drive, or SteamPowered.com?
5. If none of the above, then what is the origin of your game? (Please be specific, as otherwise there may not be a fix to found on this forum.)

Sometimes even DLL hook mods muck up the game, try reinstalling the game. You won't lose your saves.

Are you completely sure you've removed the ENB mod using the uninstall setup or you simply just selected some new files and deleted them?

OP: You misunderstood me, I meant, by installing ENB Series, even by deleting it the game code might be corrupted somehow in memory. Try reinstalling the game.

The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded game questions, and problems.

You’re asking in the wrong forum. Ask in the ENB series topic
Link in the Modding Forums

Your English is confusing things. It look like you have a Pirated game:

Where to (Buy) Download:
Direct2Drive.com (for PC and MAC)
SteamPowered.com

Rockstar Warehouse for boxed games:
Buy Now PS2, XBOX, PC.
Rockstar Site
Also generally available at on-line sites…
Amazon.com (I got a replacement copy for 10.00$US)
and,
E-Bay (you might find a First Edition if you’re lucky),
GameStop, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and their dot coms, etc.
also, if you’re lucky some local Pawn shops, Swap meets/Flea Markets (But, beware of Pirated games. The Game comes on a single DVD not CD’s.
A Note for potential Modders:
Modding is easy with First Edition (Version 1 games are Hard to find).
Not so easy unless you work at it with Second Edition (Version 2 games on a DVD Disc. These are Currently available.)
Version 3 games are programmed to Not able to be Modded. (Downloads).
Although it may be possible to do limited modifications of the scripts.

Buying the game rather than copying it off your friend would help your cause.

Just letting you know that we don't offer help to people who have illegal copies of the game.
