SAAT and the some sounds. Note that your sounds must not be longer than the default sounds, otherwise they won't work correctly.

Sounds in SA will never sound like you hear them in other games or via Windows Media Player. The sound engine of SA isn't the newest one, so all sounds will sound (LOL) a bit crappy. Anyways, if you want to take the sound from a video you need a Sound Recording Tool and a tool to edit the sound (Audacity as an example). There you cut out the part with the sound you want and you can also edit it (Bass, etc.) I can't give you any further informations as I never done it with Audacity, but only directly converted sounds from games like MW2.
Sorry for my crappy english, I hope you can understand some things though.
