guys i've installed gta 4 recently.. the game worked but lags vry badly... not getting screen resolution more den 800x600... building textures are invisible... player and vehicles texture seems ok... got toshiba satellite c640 notebook core i3 2.2 ghz 4gb ram 500gb hdd windows 7 64 bit... i'v seen guyz running gta 4 on intel hd graphics who uploaded der gameplay on you tube... any tweaks in the game by which i can see building textures ... i'v heard about modding some *.ini file in the game directory..or any other method by which i can play in 32 bit.... the way we use to toggle in gta-sa.. plz help me out on dis one... thanx in advance....

To boost FPS try to download Game Booster. I'm not sure about textures but think you use memrestrict and commandlines.dat i think.

you have only integrated graphics there, it sometimes may run the game, on some other occasion it will not even that. Check this guide http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=511785 aimed at low spec PCs.
