Out of all of the vehicles in the game, which one is the hardest to obtain?

I think those HP/TP/PP/EC Bobcat and Sentinel XS and the HP/SH/PP Barracks OL on normal gameplay(no cheats or cheatdevice).

I didn't mean vehicles with special properties.
What I want to know is, are there any vehicles in this game like the Phoenix in San Andreas or the Mr. Whoopie in Liberty City Stories in terms of how rare they are?

Actually the LCS Barracks OL from Munition dump is a rare vehicle that appear in Skywolf side-mission.That is not that hard but takes some time to get it.

LCS Barracks ol? Aren't VCS and LCS models same? Could you explain this more, I would like to know how to get one.

There are apparently two versions of the Barracks OL. The one you can find in normal gameplay and another with wooden crates on the back.
In LCS the one with crates is found in the mission 'Munitions dump'.
In VCS it is in the 'Skywolf' side mission.

The rarest vehicle to find (for me) in this game was the Cheetah. It doesn't appear in traffic at all, and the only spawn point I know for it is Diaz's Mansion.

That car never ever spawns on the streets on PSP. Apparently it's a glitch rockstar didn't understand so they just made the Cheetah spawn parked.


The cholos car is very hard to get after you wipe them out. It's not impossible though. On PS2 for some reason if you explore the western island for a while, a cholo car will appear driving around.

The Cholo Sabre is indeed rare and it can only be found driving around in the Little Haiti area. The developers probably left it in there because they didn't want any unobtainable vehicles in the game.
BTW are you saying that it can't be found in the PSP?

No, I've just only ever played it on PS2 so I'm not sure about the PSP.

The rarest vehicles on gta vcs is THE Greenwood ( which appears occasionally on the vice point mall parking ) and Voodoo ( it spawns around vice point and little haiti ,however it has no hydraulic suspension like in vice city or san andreas)

Not a vehicle, it can be rideable with cheat device though, but I'm not sure.

Probably the rarest land vehicle was Phoenix. It only has one spawning point (on the other side of the island) but sometimes can be found on traffic in Viceport. Another very rare vehicle to find is Sea Sparrow. It only appears in a side-mission and never obtainable.

You can ride it without cheatdevice but to get it you need a save which has it in garage. I also heard of a glitch that it spawns on a building in Downtown but dont know which one.

I just recently started playing Vice City, and although I have been able to grab some of the cars and bikes, how do I get to the boats or planes/helicopters?

boats, aircraft, hovercraft etc. (vehicles that can cross the water between the islands) won't be generally available before completing the mission "From Zero to Hero", which "unlocks" the East island.
