How to make peds move mouth?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 6, 2012	Hi guys, i want to know if it is possible to make peds to move its mouth, like talking. Not the chat animations it moves its arms. Thanks.

The Illusive Man Group: Members Joined: Jul 28, 2010	They can't move their mouths. But if you want it for trailer, screens etc. you can use San An Studios.
