Hi guys. I just joined the forums and I was recording and I managed to pull off this stunt.




I've never seen anyone do this before and I'd imagine it's incredibly hard to pull this off.

Have you guys ever landed on a boat like this or done anything else seemingly impossible using the swing glitch? Post anything that you feel is more difficult to pull off!

I've played with that swing glitch lots of times and the best thing I've done is land the car on top of the building in front of it on its four wheels.

Just curious does this only happen in Multiplayer or if is it a glitch across the board. If so I think I will dust my disc off to do this, looks well funny

The glitch happens in any swingset around the city, in any game mode.

Very good indeed. I've tried to jump from a helicopter into a pool a couple of times and failed miserably.

Excellent stuff I didn't realise you could do this with any swing in the city, I was under the impression it was only in the swings in South Slopes.

I tried the swing glitch with many different cars but always failed. The only thing I've achieved is getting my Dukes get pushed back and look wrecked.

What was the location of the swing set where you did this stunt? It took me at least a dozen tries before I managed to obtain the "Rolled Over" achievement at the South Slopes swing set as there isn't much of a run-up. Most of the time the car ended up looking as if it had been through a car crusher.

I always end up playing around with the swing set glitch when I get pretty bored and it is highly funny although for me instead of the car flying meters away, Niko ends up flying out the car and landing pretty far away from the swing set .

Sorry to revive this thread but I kind of forgot about this post and wanted to reply back. I did this in Multiplayer Party Mode. To get to this swingset, take the helicopter and head towards the bottom of the left island. You will see a tall apartment building and the swingset is right in front. I agree that this doesn't take much skill and it was all luck. lol. No way of knowing the movements of the boats or even if I would land in the water. Finally, certain cars work better than others for this glitch. I prefer trucks, or the Supercars like the Coquette, Infernus or Turismo. Try Crashing the Helicopter into the swingset. Have fun with it!

You should try doing other stunts. Maybe you'll get "lucky" more than once.
