I've recently started a new game on San Andreas and I was redoing the mission "House party" from OG Loc while trying to obtain the bullet-proof Tahoma and (with great difficulty) the bullet-proof Voodoo. After getting the Voodoo, I repeated the mission and deliberately failed it by capping Sweet in the back of the head as I would usually do. Only the strange thing was instead of walking off, the other Balla and Grove gang members all died in an identical fashion as Sweet (A bit like the Vice city glitch where you let off a smoke grenade in the Malibu club then kill someone with a knife and they all die in the same way)

So I put both car's in my garage and then saved but when I came out again the cars in the street had gone but all the bodies were still there (with out blood) I thought nothing of it until I redid the mission with the intention of actually completing it. The mission went on with all the bodies still there so Sweet spawned over a headless version of himself.

I completed the mission and saved then reset my console and when I walked out of the Johnson house, all the bodies were still there! Sweet, 3 Grove members and 5 Ballas. The've been there ever since, it was a bit funny at the time but I dislike it now as it seems a bit creepy having your headless dead brother lying under the bridge (Especially as that is where Tenpenny dies)

I'm not far in the game so I could start again but does anyone else have this problem and if so can you get rid of it?

Don't know of any quick fix.
I had simular 'problems' where bodies just stayed there.
They disappeared once I entered another island.
Try saving at one of the other Safe Houses, one that's as far away as possible.

It worked!
Thank you so much, it looks so much better now.
When you had that issue was that on the same mission?

Nope. It just occured randomly. Even NPCs that were run over by other NPC drivers would on occasion just stay there. Only occured on the PS2, never had it happen on the PC game.
