Hello happy.gif ,
I have one problem: The textures and the buildings loading very slow. But the gameplay is normal; you can say it runs fast (ca. 60 FPS). I´ve installed the actually version of the "Ultimate Vehicle Pack" with some mods (scripts, weapons, sounds, etc.). Without this mod the game runs as fast as with mod. Only the buildings and textures load faster.

Is there a mod which correct this bug? Like the Traffic Load for the "same car"-bug? Please help me confused.gif
Here are my computer information:
-Prozessor: i5-2500 CPU @3.30 GHz
-RAM: 8192 MB
-Grafficcard: Nvidia GeForce GTX 570

Thank you very much!

Well, the only advice we can give you here is to uninstall that mod completely. Mods usually mess up the game. If you wish though to discuss about modding, best would be to ask in the IV Other forum. icon14.gif

You have too many modded vehicles in your game. The texture missing bug is a known problem after installing too many car mods.

You have too many modded vehicles in your game. The texture missing bug is a known problem after installing too many car mods.

Is there are known limit? I´ve got 1200 VRAM and ca. 900 MB are used by the game. The original vehicle.img is 80 MB big, what is the maximum to play without my bugs?

And which patch is more stabile (without bugs or with mods etc.). Short: Which patch is the best?

there is a solution for your problem and there is only one, quit or delete completly the mods that are causing troubles,i did the same when my game nearly blow up when i installed icenhancer because my screen resolution is a bullsh*t(i play in 800x600 res)
but i have stream version (1.0.7.0) and it has good quality reflections of cars and all that image stuff but lowest res)

i know about the textures loading slower, well there is not textures problem, what you are seeing in game is a fail of the rendering of the LOD object located in wpl.the detailed objects are in stream wpls.this sometimes cause the inestability of the LOD system that makes LOD objects render even in near distances.

summarizing, this is a very common fail in all the GTA IV users, there is no way to fix that fail but deleting the mod that cause this fail.map mods can also cause this rendering fail.

If your file is bigger than 100 MB you surely will get trouble with something. Way bigger than 100 MB is even worse. That's my experience. My game is running absolutely stable without big car mods.
Keep in mind that problems with the vehicles.img are not permanent as they depend on the cars which are actualy loaded and that differs from scene to scene. The more modded cars you have,
the bigger the chance for problems. Basically you will have to figure out the limit for yourself, depending on your system. 'Traffic Load' from ikt definitely works if correctly installed. That's worth a try.

Hmm 100 MB? That´s not much. Is there a complete car mod pack in the limit of 100 MB? So the cars don´t have to be realy high poly; just or like the original size?

I find if I have more than approx. 5 modded vehicles, I will crash much more (bear in mind that I am always running all of my mods which usually spawn vehicles and peds, as well as other's mods). I only run with a modded ambulance, maverick, and a few ped mods, with a 1GB card, and still I see texture problems once in a while.

As NaidRaida said, it is highly dependent on your system and the type/number of car mods installed.

There is no hard value for the image size. A lot of people will say that version 1.0.4.0 is best for modding, but personally, I get better performance with 1.0.7.0. 1.0.4.0 is generally best for ENB though, so if that is what you're after, I would use that version.
