GTA 4 won't START playing

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 2, 2012	Need some help please, I'm desperate to play GTA 4 MY PC SPECS: MB ASUS P8P67 PRO 4GB RAM Procie i7 2600K @ 3.40GHz VGA Nvidia 450 GS OS windows 7 professional 64-bit Patch used 1.0.7.0 Crack used by Razor gt44 Xliveless I got it going until where it says Start, Option, Guide, Quit. When I hit start, music start to play and the image will start looping. And then suddenly the music stops and the image still rolling, but nothing happens (not responding) I did delete the settings.cfg and still won't start Can somebody please help!
