need help with ic enhancer

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 21, 2012	i m having problem with ic enhancher 2.1 (1.0.4.0). it gets installed properly but when i start game i get weird color lines n dots all over the screen. does it has to do any thing with directx version? i m using xp sp2 plz help my current configuration--- pro -- AMD liano 3870k black edition with radeon HD graphics mb -- asus f1a75 L -ME RAM -- corsair 4x2 GB gpu -- 6550D

Did I balls? Group: Andolini Mafia Family Joined: Apr 18, 2011	I'm not sure about this, but GTA IV works only on SP3 I think. Also even if you manage to get Icenhancer to work, it won't work properly, the GPU isn't powerful enough.
