No the games uses RPF4. GTAIV uses RPF3/4, and RDR uses RPF6. So GTAV will be RPF5. And the AES Key was found by Twisted89, and yes we have hacked multiplayer, and more

You will need to wait, if someone wants to message me with the Max Payne 3 main file which will contain the AES Key I will get my friend to look and see if the Keys are different.
