Update: I've discovered that the specific interior I want is in int_SF.ipl and is called ab_woozies01.

You can both make them with 3ds Max. If you need any tutorial, you can search here.

Let me do the search.

Searching...
Results found for animation: Link 1, Link 2, Link 3
Results found for modeling: Link 1

See how many links I got?

And neither of those answer my questions. I want to know how to import a MAP into 3DS Max. Not a ped model or how to animate it.

if not, why not?
you don't know which dff?
take MEd, select Tab "Scene" and load ipl's of data\maps\interior\...files
doubleclick on an object to select it, then press button IDE
in IDE window press button dff -> browse to find file inside of gta_int.img
extract dff and then import it with max

What's your question actually, cowboy? Let me quote some.
Your first post:
QUOTE

And I do search for you only to get you some links about animation and modeling, and you're telling us in your second post:
QUOTE

Here you're telling us you don't need no animation tutorial.

And beside that we're trying to help here, you tell us we are unbelievable?

Okay, my bad. Maybe I haven't put enough emphasis on a certain word. Allow me to rephrase my question:

"I want to make an animation using SA peds and an office interior. Is there a way to do that?"

The only thing I need help with is importing an interior with textures in the right places into 3DS. When I import the int_SF.ipl into 3DS Max I just those like tiny, uncompleted scetches of the interiors while the ab_woozies01.dff (the very specific interior mesh I want) imports into 3DS in the shape of a textureless, black mesh. The mesh is right but when I tried drag and dropping textures onto it, it doesn't work. Even if it did, isn't there an easier way to do it than drag and drop the textures onto certain editable meshes? There's like 30 image files in the txd which I would have to drop seperately onto the walls, paintings, frames and everything.

Also, which I guess is worth noting, when I select the said .ipl in Kam's map helper it shows me "DFFs needed: 0" which doesn't sound right to me.
