Fatal Error: Unrecoverable Fult

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Mar 26, 2011	HI I kept getting this crash message GTAIV Fatal Error: Unrecoverable Fult Please restart the Game 122801312 what can I do other then reinstalling the game to fix this problem?

Just browsing Group: Members Joined: May 19, 2011	Do you have any mods installed? I find that I crash now and then when I play online even though I have no mods installed. Only ever crashed once in SP but it's quite often in mutliplayer Other players will often just crash. I think other people installing vehicle mods causes it.
