I tend to find Buskers in the subway but also in public places like Middle Park and Star Junction.

I just had to give money to a Busker once to get the ringtone, but just to be safe try doing it twice.

I got it, I had to give it only twice.
It's a pretty cool Ring Tone, a bit catchy!
Either ways, can you also get the Ring Tone in TLaD and TBoGT?

No I don't think you can get the St. Thomas ringtone in either of the EFLC games, Buskers don't even perform in those games, which is odd. Every time I see one I approach them waiting for them to play something, but they never do they just walk away.

They play it for me, At least in TLAD, I can even give them money as I remember in my very first playthru (Yes, It was TLAD as I remember, it was exactly after Shifting Weight) Not sure if you can get StThomas though.
