3D Number Plates?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 22, 2012	Hi, I downloaded a vehicle for GTA which had it's own separate textures for it's number plates. It also had a texture so that GTA would make the letters on the plate 3D. How can I make an image like this for my own number plate?
